The two floor country house - with a surrounding property of 4000 qm and a pool of 20m length- is located not more than 200 m away from "West View", on if the most beautiful spots of the island for snorkelling and diving. Casona del mar is a very quiet place, but still well connected to the "civilization". Busses pass by regularly on the main road, only 100 meters away from the house. In case you are motorised you can reach the beautiful beach in sound bay in only 4 minutes. Two terraces next to the pool, one with and one without roof, invite to relax.

On the first floor, beside the living room, you`ll find a suite with one room with double bed and one room with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, AC 350.000 pesos / night (up to 6 people).

Three rooms in the neighbour building have own bathrooms and are equipped with air- and satellite TV. Each room has space for up to 4 persons. The price for a room is 250.000 pesos per night. In case, you book just a room, you will have, of course, a full right of use of the kitchen, the salon, the pool and the surrounding territory.
